KLOPP DISAPPOINTED WITH MEDIA

The Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has said that he is extremely disappointed with the media for constantly comparing his teammate Bayern Munich. Borussia Dortmund have been the real challengers for Bayern Munich are like never before after they have managed to keep the Giants from winning the league title for two consecutive seasons.

Occasionally, Germany do have teams like Schalke and Werder Bremen winning the league ahead of Bayern Munich, but this success usually does not last for more than a season. However, Borussia Dortmund have been incredibly successful over Bayern Munich not only in terms of league titles, but in terms of the head-to-head results in recent seasons.

However, they have made a poor start to the league season this time around and are currently nine points behind the leaders Bayern Munich, who have won every league match so far in the campaign. Due to this substantial difference between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich this season, the Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has been constantly facing a barrage of criticism in recent weeks. He has finally decided to take it out on the media by saying that he is extremely irritated with the comparisons. The sporting director Michael Zorc also echoed the same comments.

"Why is it not yet finally accepted that we don't compare ourselves to Bayern Munich? We didn't do that when we were eight points behind Bayern last season and we aren't going to do that now. Bayern's points haul is currently simply the best. He's [Marco Reus] our leading scorer and we are extremely pleased with Marco, because he's putting in a really good season so far, but we can't expect to win every game for us," said the sporting director of the club, Michael Zorc in an interview given to the German tabloid Bild.
